I might move to Greenville NC shortly (within a couple of weeks) and was wondering which were the best apartments/ safest neighborhoods.

The ones I found were Wimbledon, North Campus Crossing, and Tar River Estates.

Can anyone recommend these communities/ neighborhoods?

I'd recommend the Pointe at Wimbledon. It's not a student apartment and has a good mix of tenants. I lived there for three years and enjoyed it...at the time it had a good social atmosphere.

I'm pretty sure North Campus Crossing is a student apartment complex.

I'm pretty sure it's near the college...it'd be a totally different atmosphere than Wimbledon with a lot of partying. Depending on what you're looking for, that could be good or bad.
