Good morning!

I'm considering purchasing a home in Surf City, out of the flood zone. I was wondering if there were still issues with getting homeowners insurance in the area. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

We have homeowners insurance through Farm Bureau. It has gone 20% in the past two years however. No one can predict how much else it will increase.
