Does anyone know if Greenville has any new areas being developed or any new retail centers moving in?

Greenville always has random subdivisions being built, but there's not really a "new part of town." There's a new shopping center being planned in between the Honda dealership and Ruby Tuesday, but no confirmation of what stores will be there or when it's scheduled to open. They have, however, moved out almost every tenant in the old shopping center in that location.
