Hello! I am interested in possibly purchasing a home in Wilmington at auction or that is in foreclosure. Does anyone know where I can find the official listing of homes that are currently or soon to be in the auction phase?

Also, if anyone has any experience with purchasing a home at auction or that is in foreclosure and wants to share some advice, that would be greatly appreciated as well!
