Default Who owns 4961 Richlands Hwy Jacksonville
I drive by an empty building every day and wondered who owns it. I would like to possibly rent it. it is on 258. There used to be an adult shop next door but it closed down so now there are three buildings empty. The address is 4961 Richlands Hwy Jacksonville,NC 28540

you can contact the county tax office and see if they will tell you. sometimes they will...sometimes they won't...

Click on Address/Name/Parcel Seach and enter the street name and then search through to look up individual property numbers. I could only find 4951 Richmond Hwy.
