We are considering relocating from Clayton (20 miles east of Raleigh) to Wilmington.

We currently live in a very family friendly neighborhood and are looking for something similar in Wilmington. With a rising third grader and a four year old, schools are a top priority.

Our budget tops out around 400k.

I'd be very appreciative of any recommendations on neighborhoods in the area.

Look at the neighborhoods south of Oleander and east of College Road. The Parsley elementary school district is excellent.
