Westport in Winnabow has also peaked our interest as a possible place to retire. Based on listings that I've seen, looks like you can get more for your $ than the communities in Leland proper. What are the drawbacks to Westport? If there are any. Same utility companies as Leland ? Appreciate the info!

Westport is an older community but there are some very nice homes there. I haven't been in there for a number of years as it was built out years ago. What I didn't like about the development was there weren't any trees that I can remember.
