Our lot is in the Annesbrook section of ORP.

Is your lot located in the newest section of ORP across Old Georgetown Rd from the golf course lots?

As mentioned, try and make it to the Brunswick Co. Parade of Homes in Oct. this would be a good start to your selection of a builder!

Builders pay to be on the recommended list of builders for ORP. Just something to keep in mind... Sometimes the best builders aren't the ones with the deepest pockets to pay to be listed.

My lot is backs up to the 17th tee box at Lions paw. What a coincidence that we both back up to the 17th hole.

Thanks everyone for all the additional info. We will be down in October to narrow our builders down to the final 3.

The Parade Magazine will not be out until Oct. 8th and the Brunswick Co Builders Ass'n will not reveal the 2015 entrants until the magazine is released. I have requested that they send a copy to us before we head down there in October.
