Yes, but even since the the project got going again, the construction has been very slow. Its taken many months just to start pouring the concrete.

The Site is dead. On a weekday I would expect some activity.

Progress is being made. Three walls are up. It is a little wet at the construction site. We go by daily, I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow.

It would "appear" that they simply do not care about time at all, they obviously are building the shopping center... according to the realtor/agent for the place it's costing upwards of $16 million dollars for the project and they apparently have no care about getting it done... seems strange but they did the same thing with the new Lowes center on Rt 17 in Leland, it took forever. Contrast that with the new Food Lion center in Southport which is almost done ( visually at least when driving by ).... just seems a bit odd.

Default Update on stores

Went to my dentist in Wilmington today and he told me he is putting in a clinic at the Lowes site - Bozart Family Dentistry. He also said there's a sushi restaurant going in and a donut shop - he thought it was a Dunkin Donut but I"m hoping it's really a Duck Donut. His space is supposed to be ready in March 2016.
