Price range? Do you want to be downtown, near the college or closer to Wrightsville or Carolina Beach?

Price range prob in the 700-900 range.. and I'm open to anything.. I like modern new areas

New places on the Cape Fear river up by Harnett St. are opening soon. Can't recall what they are named.

I know a lot of these places seemed to be owned MY Hawthorne or tribute.. are they reputable ?
