I am thinking about moving to the Tides at Calabash Town Center apartment complex in Sunset Beach in about a year. Can anyone tell me about damage from the Oct. 2015 floods to the complex and surrounding areas?

We have friends who moved into the Tides about a year ago, I heard from her on Tuesday. She said they were fine but she didn't have to go to work on Monday due to flooding roads in Calabash (she works in Calabash). The Tides were fine!
