You really didn't need to clutter up the board with another post.

countess- I think goldenage gave you some good info here- Tribune Homes St James?

I wonder if these are spec homes and the price difference reflects the varying costs of the building sites?

Jerseyj They are selling their model homes - some are good lots but mostly small. I am more concerned about the quality and if anyone has knowledge of that.

I will refer you to Mr. Purple 2 who drove by Seaside at the Parade of Homes: "these houses are cheap by SJP standards". Please read the full context about foundations and his comment at message #13 here: How do I choose my foundation?

Regardless, the the Tribute Homes may be suitable within your budget. I'll just caution that the same Tribute models cost considerable more in SJP and Brunswick Forest than they do in other Brunswick County locations.

First of all, I am no expert on the SJP inventory. By "cheap" I was referring to the cost as being less expensive than the normal SJP house. There is a billboard outside SJP offering inexpensive (for SJP standards) homes. I am assuming this was the area. The homes and section reminded of the Bill Clark development in OIB. I have no idea of the quality of construction since I just drove by the section.

Obviously, the lots are probably more expensive in SJP than other locations?
