You must define the word "how" as in how is the unit .

Most concerned about noise level. Haven't lived that close to others in years. Comings and goings and having an upstairs neighbor.

If that is a concern you could do as we did rent and a house for nine months or so while you build. Georgetown is very nice with many rentals available on open ended leases. We had a very nice unfurnished home so we didn't have to put our furniture in storage. Let us know when you are coming, my wife and I love meeting newcomers (and potential newcomers). November cat-tales is out with our names on the masthead for the first time. Nice issue...

I don't really control that, the website is run by a different group reporting to the same person we "work" for, our new director of Communications. I will bring it to her attention. bill

Just got power back in NJ after losing it for 10 days. We are ok in Northern NJ but the shore communities have been hit hard. My prayers go out to all affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Default Newcomer

I grew up in North Carolina and moved back in 2011 after being away for 33 years. My current residence in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. I have been looking at SJP from a distance for several years. I visited the first time this past Saturday for four hours and decided to buy a lot in The Reserve (Moss Hammock) on Sunday. I am looking forward to learning more from all of you!
