Hello everyone...I am next wanabe St. James folk. I purchased a lot in Regency Lake and Hope to move to St. James sometime this year. My wife an I visited St. James several times and found everyone to be very friendly to say the least.
I can't wait to get to know the area and join St. James fishing club, motorcycle club and any other interesting activities they have to offer.

Aquaman. Welcome to SJP. Your observation about very friendly people is spot on. You will need a cale
ndar to keep track of all the social events and invites.

Hi Aqua,

Welcome to the community. I will be moving in around June. Stoney, Tim and Crimson (along with their better halfs) are awesome. SJP is so cool. I wish I was moving in tomorrow.

Regards,

Pony

Thank you Texas tim. Looking forward to "ASSIMILATE" into local living... I'll have "Out Fishing" sign on the door 3-5 days a week, ride my bike 1-2 days per week and play with my RC boats 2 days per week.... oh wait, I ran out of days? Ok, rest of the time, I will give into my wife's wishes.

Aquaman, welcome and let us know next time you're in town. We live off Regency Crossing we are on the fourth fairway. We could get together if you have time.

Hey.. thanks Crimson & PonyPride, I'll be heading down to S. America for winter fishing but I am hoping to sell my home in NY by mid summer and live in St. James by fall.(I hope) I am looking to rent for a year, live there for six months and if I love it there, I will give my builder a thumbs up to build my home. Looking forward to meeting everyone. If anyone like to fish, my transom door is open for ya.

Well another day in paradise temperatures in the upper 70s and sunny. Had lunch in Southport and worked on Cat Tales (february will soon be finished and on its way to all you POA members and available on the POA website.) Life is Good.

Thanks read the Jan issue and enjoyed it. Maybe Dec was missed and Oct. still doesn't open. I am using this publication to persuade my better half that this is where we should go.
