Living in St James now for almost 3 weeks with no regrets!!! It's a great place to live. Our home is going under roof and we choose our cabinets and tops today. Hope to be moving in August to the "final home." Stoney, your home is BIG! We were at the marina for dinner last Friday for dinner and wondered if you were there.....Poney, is your home being built on Moss Hammock? So many homes are under construction on that road. Hope to meet up with you all soon.

Hi Shosid,

We are building on Moss Hammock and will be down at SJP this weekend. If you are around, we should meet up at the Marina. What part of the community are you building your dream home. We should be done by mid June and that will be perfect to enjoy the summer fun. If you want to get together you can PM me.

Regards,

PonyPride

Default New Neighbor

Very excited, purchased a lot in The Reserve! Headed down this weekend to view more model homes and meet with builders. Ready to make new friends and participate in various clubs/activities. Will be on the lookout for someone that needs a good crew member to hang out a bumper or tie up a line on a beautiful boating day. Sold my home and boat at the Lake of the Ozarks and trading it for a chair in the sand on the beach. This "show me state" girl found it at St. James!

Welcome neighbor, plenty to do in St. James. Drop by the POA office and get the latest Cat Tales. There is a bicycle ride on the 20th go to stjamesbikers.com for more information. I will probably be there along with many St. James bikers. bill

My wife & I arrived in SJP on Friday to check the progress on our house. I love this place. Met up with Texas Tim and his wife Barbara. Looking forward to hanging out at SJP tomorrow (3/30). If anyone is around and wants to meet up, drop me a PM.
