Not an issue as long as it has the appropriate amount of rust showing ..... if it passes that test we have a fenced area it can be parked by the front gate where we keep the mulch and manure pile for the landscaper.... but not overnight.

Now you help prove another issue, which is a big one for me. You are being judgmental, with a flare of arrogance. My pick up is valued as high, if not higher than some of the vehicles I saw while touring St. James.

Well my friend, Mr Beer Belly .... we shall never know if your vehicle actually is what you say, because fortunately for you, you have chosen to live somewhere other than St James Plantation.

We actually haven't made a decision yet.....still a few options depending on how the future plays out. I have a Nephew who is exploring the area for 75 - 100 acres to subdivide and develops, that is also on our radar. As far as truck values, try shopping for decent new truck under 55k.....will likely be 60k+

Funny thing is Stoney, you and I would probably have a few laughs over a cup of Java.

Mr Belly, you're probably correct .... meanwhile, so far, you have been able to successfully dodge the St James bullet of massive, happiness threatening restrictions ..... continued luck on that front.

BTW .... on the coffee front .... I take mine black.

Prospective residents of SJP: this is your future neighbor, lol. Caveat emptor!

Yes BC, and while they are caveat emptoring.... we had another lovely dinner at Castucci's last night along with 30 - 40 others from St James.

Beer Belly, there is also RV and Boat parking available in SJP, too. So whoever your realtor was, suggest you change to someone who knows what they are talking about. Hope it is not a relative!
