I thought about this and have to agree there seems to be some discrepancy between almost 2000 units stated in the newspaper and 200 quoted to me. Who can say what will happen 4 or 5 years in the future.

Then the thought occurs to me that here is a development out side the gates that gets The Clubs membership privileges. Does this set any kind of legal precedence? Could Arbor Creek now demand they be given Club membership privileges? Could any other development outside the gates, present or future, now demand access such as the planned development at Mirasol? We do live in a litigious society that demands equality.

Just thoughts and ramblings from an old man on a speck spinning around the sun.

You can send a PM (private message) to the poster requesting info. Just can't make a referral on the forum.

Anyone happen to know what SJP charges for RV storage, say a 25 footer? Also, do they have electricity hookups to maintain battery charge in their storage area?

Thanks!

Steve

Wilmington has a Parade of Homes April 28-29 and May5-6

https://legacyhomesbybillclark.com/2...-parade-homes/

Seems to be featuring Bill Clark Homes.

The Brunswick Co. Home Builders Ass'n had their last Parade in 10/2017, the next one won't be until 10/2018.

Steve,

Not sure if you have had any replies to RV storage, so thought I'd throw this out. "Plantation Services" has a storage area inside the main gate entrance. There is an entrance to the storage area on the left just before the Reserve entrance. Not the most lavish of facilities, but it's inside the gates. If you decide to check it out, take a left after you enter from St. James Drive and go back to the building on the right. The folks there can give you more info. on availability, etc.

Brian
