Thanks for the heads up on Sea Trail. Had no idea they were having trouble in there, the courses have always been great and well played.

I did find this article MyrtleBeachOnline.com - Myrtle Beach Entertainment | Myrtle Beach Attractions

I imagine those home owners are a bit nervous. Finding new management is one thing but selling outright is another.

Might be playing Oyster Bay this weekend instead!

I played Oyster Bay in February and it was in good shape. I also played Brunswick Plantation and that was in very good shape and seemed like a great community very well kept. Brunswick Plantation seems like it is overlooked by every one on this board the value and the homes seem to be verry resionable.

I didn't overlook it..... the homes and lots are almost exactly the same prices as St James only with less amenities and MUCH farther from the beach. As I have said earlier, we looked into it several times at the Live South shows, it seems like a very nice place, but for the same money it simply doesn't compare... IMHO.

Default Brunswick Plantation

For whatever its worth, Brunswick Plantation gets tons of outsiders from all over the place from groups of guys who go on 3-4 day golf trips. How do i know, me and my friends when we would book our trips the course at Brunswick is always on the menu.
Nice place but way too many rascals who stay in the golf condos, etc.....
