The PGA will be in Wilmington for the first time ever...it's kind of a big deal

So between a $40-60 million economic impact.

This is actually a return of the PGA Tour to Wilmington. The Azalea Open was played at the Cape Fear Country Club from 1946 to 1971. Arnold Palmer won it in '57.

If you live in the Porter's Neck area, that weekend would be a good time to get out of town. In fact, if you live in Wilmington it will be a good weekend to get out of town, as UNC-W graduation is the same weekend. The Port City is going to be packed.
