Biscman do the natives accept Yankees there or is it like here in Tn where I constantly hear your not from here or where's that accent from?

Brunswick County is the fastest growing county in NC, and a majority of those new residents are from the northeast. No one has time to complain about the influx, or else we'd get nothing done.

If you want to be accepted, then do some accepting. Accept that you're not in NY, NJ, or wherever. Don't constantly talk about how much better things were in NY, NJ, or wherever. Don't denigrate the natives in your new home.

"4th best beach" is going to make the situation even worse! Coney Island South may be its new nickname.
Parking may only be available after dark!

Default Sunset Beach

Re comments above on SSB - we live there part time and just returned from there
after a month long stay. It's the ideal time to visit, but bring warm coats. As you might guess. Summer crowds are gone!
