Moving from wisconsin and we are looking to stay in the southern part of Wilmington near still meadow drive area...Is this a nice area to live? Want to stay away from the rundown areas and be closer to Carolina beach...I have read that the north, north west part of Wilmington are the areas to stay away..Would love your input..thanks
