Hi, I have a weird request here.

My dog is afraid of the ocean waves so doesn't really enjoy Fort Fisher. She likes Wrightsville - I think because the beach is wider and maybe the waves break further out. She is ok with Topsail too for this reason.

I recently took my dog to west Florida, where there's a dog beach that has no waves at all (an inlet). I managed to get her in the water and was totally amazed.

Is there anything like this in NC, too? Where dogs are allowed in summer? Thanks

Serenity Point, south end of Topsail Island at the inlet but on the sound side would offer the same, shallow calm clean water.
