Do they still do the waterfront parties in the summer?

The small downtown/waterfront area can't be beat!

They just had the Summer Festival a couple weeks ago. They also hold Smoke on the Water (BBQ and music) in October. I'm sure they'll do fireworks next week. I don't know if they still do the Music in the Streets anymore. It was a once a month outdoor music show.

lovely pictures, its a town my mum and dad are considering for retirement, they want a quaint little walkable downtown seaside village with a slow pace of life, friendly people and a few little places they can stop sit for a sandwhich and a cup of coffee and watch the world go by...(while still being driving distance to the other amenities they might need once in a while like a Walmart and hospital)

looks lovely!!!
there heading down that way as I type
