Anyone hear any updates on businesses coming to Midway Commons where the Lowes Foods is in Bolivia/Southport? We saw leased signs on several buildings this past weekend.

Those for rent signs have been on the buildings since the exterior shells were completed. A new restaurant opened up at the center, but haven't had any friends give their reviews.

You can really see the difference between the traffic between the tourist season and off season.
