Renaissance Market is a retail center locating at the northeast quadrant of Military Cutoff Road and Sir Tyler Drive in the City of Wilmington in New Hanover County, North Carolina. It will be anchored by a 23,000-square-feet specialty grocer, new to the market, specializing in organic and natural foods.

Neither specialty organic grocers Earth Fare nor Sprouts Farmers Market are in Wilmington yet. Sprouts Farmers Market's stores are usually larger than 23,000 square feet. They are closer to 30,000 square feet. Earth Fare's stores are closer to 23,000 square feet in size.
