Has anyone actually visited Del Webb at River Lights recently? Their web site says models are available, and the aerial view shows 10 homes built.

I was wondering how far along the clubhouse construction is. They promise an indoor pool which is a rare option for a city community. If so, many retirees should put the community on their list to check out.

River Lights has a number of innovations designed to promote community life. It shows walking trails on boardwalks to protect the environmment. There are community parks planned around attractions such as a lake house. There is a village for commercial space and restaurants, with apartment housing integrated into it. Here's the web site: RiverLights

Its under full construction

Don't have details, but what you can see from River Rd is that the clubhouse is under construction and HUNDREDS of homes are either built or being built. Both sides of the River Rd.

I think its important to mention that Riverlights is a large planned community, and the Del Webb age restricted development is just a portion of the overall community.

Default Riverlights

Riverlights is rolling along like a steamroller, I think I saw that the Del Webb section has closed on 65 already in the newspaper about a week ago. Clubhouse was completed months ago, Lake House is complete, as well as other amenities and some restaurants as well.
