Hello, I am retiring in May 2018 and looking to move to Southport NC. I have seem a couple lots but all the builders seem geared towards bigger homes than I am interested in. I currently live in northern NY, in a 750 square foot home. Ideally I would built a home 1200 square feet or less. Does anyone use modular components (built and shipped on site vs. stick built onsite?) Modern, clean lined architecture is my preference.
