After a lot of research and patience we have found a place in Sea Trails near Sunset Beach NC for our 2nd home. I'm not sure I can find anything wrong with the place (except their property management takes 35% of rental income). Can anyone tell me negatives of the are? As of now we plan on going down this weekend to explore and possibly make an offer. Not really searching for the bad, but it almost seems to good to be true Hope it is.
Thanks so much

There is no bad. Great place for a 2nd home. Sunset Beach is the best beach as well.
Enjoy....

Sea trail seems nice but Sunset Beach is way too crowded.

Just got back from a whirlwind weekend in the brunswick islands. It was everything and more. Thanks for the replies.

Beach is only crowded near the pier. Go up or down 2-3 blocks and its fine.....

Not to sound too negative here but trying to find a parking spot on a summer day is the problem then.

Sea trails has an owners only lot one block from the pier. We really cannot find anything negative with the place for a second home that will eventually become our home. It is a great area. We have put an offer in and cannot wait to become a part of the community.

Put an offer in on a great place in Sea Trails and we close in April. Very excited to have a home down there. Any recommendations on things to do in the surrounding towns?

It's going to be a second home, but will definitely look into it when we are down there full time. Many thanks
