Retiring from Northeast, possibly to St. James Plantation. It seemed nice, amenities, people, homes. Questions: how humid?, bugs?! (never lived in the south), snakes?. Prob come north in july, august.
Any other negatives we should watch for?!! Don't hold back please.
Want zero maintenance home or condo...any thoughts on seaside new construction homes or condos near marina? Spending under 400k.
