We’re moving to Bolivia and need to find a doctor who works with pain management. My hubby actually sees a dr of physical medicine where we live now. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. We even willing to travel to Myrtle Beach if necessary.

Some othopedic practices show up when you put "pain management" into Google maps. My husband had good experiience with EmergeOrtho in Wilmington when he had a hand problem.

There is also a Dr of Physical Medicine in Wilmington-- you might check reviews on specialty sites.

I have been in the Southport area for four years. I have followed several Facebook groups, in addition to this forum, where people have asked about functional and homeopathic medicine providers in the area.

It appears that there are none in Brunswick County. I don't know about availability in Wilmington or Myrtle Beach.

That is not to say that there are no chiropractors or Doctors of Osteology. My own family practitioner is a DO.

I don't know much about this, but here is a physician who appears to specialize in pain management in Leland:
