We are staying on OKI from June 10-14, on 907 East Beach dr. I happened to notice that they are working on the beach on Caswell, Yaupon and East Beach. Anyone know if they are working around this address? I’d hate to rent property only to find out that the beach is closed and heavy machinery located directly in the back.

Starting this week they will begin laying down the dredging pipes, beginning from the Oak Island pier heading west. Give the town a call and they will give you more detailed information.

Th beach renourishment is taking place miles to the east of that address. You won't have any impact at all.
