I will be visiting Wilmington NC next month and planning to move at the end of summer. Does anyone know if I can go to apartment communities such as Mill Creek & Cape Harbor to see the inside of the apartments? I have emailed these communities with no response. Any info would be great! Thanks!!

that is strange you got no response. all of these places should give you a tour. when I first rented here I looked at 3 places. they even took me around to show me vacant places in a little golf cart! I would keep trying to contact them.

I actually went to cape harbor. I forgot about that. that's the one right off of gordon road. it seems to be a nice complex. hope you find a good job before you move down here cause the economy down here is horrible!

I actually live in Cape Harbor. You would definitely want to call. I e-mailed too with no response but once I called the ball started rolling so to speak. Have a job lined up, the apts here are not cheap!
