Thinking of moving to the Wilmington Area in a couple years. How did Compass Pointe do during Hurricane Florence? Any flooding to homes?

Don't live there but since I own land I get message board access. No flooding, normal wind related issues, once you left the community some roads around it were flooded and impassable for a bit but within the community there did not seem to be any flooding. Seems the drainage, location, elevation all contributed to the lack of flooding.
