I've moved from wilkes-barre pa to Scottsdale az, then to Raleigh then to Wilmington. I'm thankful I've never bought a house straight away. I would strongly suggest renting, even if it's a 6 month lease, in a new place before tying yourself to a quarter million dollar anchor in a place you may end up hating.
