Aerionna - your original post is very hard to read. It might help if you made a list instead.

Ok thanks for the suggestion carolina chick

I am disabled and currently living in ohio and was thinking about moving to wilmington. But wanted to know a few things before taking such a big step and possiably regreting it.

- How are the apartment complexs clear run and the keys at seventeenth street are they under hud or income based?

- Do they have handicap accessible apartments in those's two complexs?

-How about the locations of these's apartments, are they bad locations to live in?

- Wilmingtons crime rate ?

- An estimatent on monthly income for disabled people ?

I lived in clear run about 10 years ago. it's mostly college kids. not a bad complex though. not too sure about the keys, although I have seen their advertisement and it looks like a nice place. wilmington crime is no better or worse than any other city. you have a lot of theft and drug use.
