We would like to locate between Wilimington and Calabash. Would be interested in a nice development with pool and other amenities. Would love an indoor pool also. Not necessary to have golf course on site. Would like a development that has other retirees. Any suggestions out there? New construction or resale that is nearly new. What do you like about your development?

Default Most have golf courses

Most upscale places do have golf courses. You might try St. James in Southport. They have golf, tennis, boating, fitness centers, indoor pools. I think you would like it.

Take a look at the Meadowlands ... nice, family community with golf, fitness center and pool. A few resale and new construction are available.

lots of places in that area like this. a lot depends on what you want to spend. st. james is pricey, as in over-pricey.
