I understand the pros and cons of downtown. People, in general, talk good things about the suburbs. Could anyone, please, name those where a family could find good "quality of life" without having to pay a fortune. Evidently, those areas on the water are discarded but, I am sure there are many others to be considered. I just would like to make my trip to the area as fruitfull as possible concentrating on those areas you all kindly would suggest. Many thanks.

monkey junction and ogden are generally where the family type neighborhoods are.
