Default Atty

I recommend Atty. Sharon Hatton. She is located downtown in the Cotton Exchange.
She is a very nice lady.
phone number 910- 772-9455
Sharon also does trust, wills, etc.
Good Luck
Sadie

Do not use a lawyer that a new home builder requires for closing cost allowance. Hire your own independent!!
We used one that paid closing costs and they did a great job of protecting the builder and screwing the buyer.
Any problem you have becomes a civil issue regarding construction defects=you have to hire a lawyer to settle it, nc has no consumer protection laws_buyer beware!!!!
