We will be coming to Greenville this weekend to bring our son to ECU
and wondered how far it would be from there to fish in the inland waterways/sound ?? Around Washington and Bath would that be salt water???
We have Sat and Sunday to explore and wondered what we should try to see??

Closest area would be Washington/Bath - the water is at least brackish in that area.

Believe it or not-Tarpon have been caught up in that area this year. "Traditionally" tarpon catches are in the Pamlico Sound and Neuse River areas.
