I am 17 and have recently began dating. The only things we've done so far is gone to the movies and walmart. It's starting to get repetitive but we can't think of anything else to do.

What are some casual places we can go to or things we can do in New Bern?

My teens live in Pamlico Co. and when they go out here's some of what they do. Bowling, shopping and eating in the historic district (lots of cool cute restaurants and coffee shops) There are sometimes plays at the theater on Pollock St. Did you just move here? Once school starts there are football games. Every now and then they go to Greenville as there are some clubs there that let in kids under 21.

Yep the bowling alley in New Bern is fun. You could go to one of the coffee shops or Coldstone Creamery and grab some coffee or a snack and just hang out. If you like to read, you could go to Books-A-Million and just hang out looking at what's there.

If you feel like driving, there is always greenville, but you can get in a lot of trouble being under 21 in some situations.
