Hello,

I am born and raised in Northern NJ and really enjoy my home. We are considering moving in the next 5 years or so when we retire from our career positions to this area due to the seasonal changes, low taxes & property values and variety of activities. Let us not forget the water! We do not like Florida - too hot and far from NJ. Like the half-back idea and options of both ocean and mountains, just like NJ...

Concerns are moving away from our family and floods/storms...

We are doing pretty good now & not sure if I want to upset the good flow now, but life is full of change, twists & curves. The only thing I can know for sure is to count on change. However, it is a big & scary move.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Completed the move? What was your experience?

Thanks
