Hey all,

Sorry to post this again if in fact you read my post on kimdancers thread. I am in the same position as she was, with the German Shepard and wanting to move to Jacksonville. What I heard today tho, after emailing a locate realtor was that it was a NC law that noone with a "dangerous breed" i.e., German Shepard could be rented to by a landlord. I have searched and searched the web for this law and cannot come up with anything and in fact would think it would be a tough state law. But, either way, does anyone know if this is in fact law or can I hopefully get lucky also and find a place to rent? Thanks everyone.

it not for the state to decide that is why you are coming up empty.

YOu need to try the management company of the building or city hall of the town you are interested in .

That does not sound right. People from us are renting and they have a massive pit bull and something that looks even worse. I know they are renting and I know about the dogs.
