Havelock (apartment complexes, renting, schools)

HI, My name is pumkin and I'm moving from Camden New Jersey to Harlock NC. I would like to no if anyone can give me advice on which one of these apartment complexes are good ones Laurel Hills, Hamlock Manor, Tyler Place, Tyran Park, Pine Ridge. I searched the internet and they was apartments that I seen. Or Do you think I would make out better renting from a private owner? I have 3 children so I want to make sure I am in a nice area.

HAvelock is small and lots of military, there are really no bad areas. I would perhaps get closed to the schools. A la walking distance.
