Default Good primary care/Internal Dr in Wilmington area?

Does anyone know of a really good primary care doctor/internal medicine in the Wilmington area, or city itself?

I mean a GOOD one- one who can handle most anything without referring you out so much. You got pain, they treat it appropriately...you get migraines, they can handle it- they don't pawn you off to a neurologist if you've been evaluated....one who can treat simple skin things and not send you to a dermatologist...basic a competent, knowledgable doctor who can handle things! A caring doctor. One who is knowledgable on meds and will prescribe but also is knowledgable enough to know when meds are not appropriate, one who is up on alternatives etc. Not a one trick pony...if one med doesn't work, they know lots of other choices.

Is this asking too much? Can someone rec a PCP?

I have had two doctors tell me they do not "deal with" migraines. NOT in reference to controlled pain meds BTW but just in general- since when does a doctor try to refer you out to get prescriptions for the Imitrex type drugs if you have had evaluations in the past (the MRIs, CTs, etc)??? It must be nice, wish *I* could cherry pick my work! (Or ailments, for that matter, because I'd choose none!)

ETA- I have had migraines for over 10 years and have been in this area for just over 1, and I never had any trouble getting good treatment where I'm from...but in trying to pick from the few local doctors in my area, have had them tell me they don't treat migraine. They refer out.
