I thought I would ask my first question here, because this is the most active message board I've found for the Wilmington area. My boyfriend was told by his mother's social worker that there is a medical center in Wilmington that hires and trains Ultrasound technicians. Has anyone heard of this? He wants to get into a medical field, but is in a tight spot because he has to work and take care of his ailing mother.

My second question is - Where can you get a good Mojito in Wilmington or the surrounding areas? I went to TGIF and they had them, but their service was bad. So, I went to the Blue Water in Wrightsville thinking a classy place like that which rents out its upper floor for thousands of dollars would have them, but they didn't have any mint leaves. Next, I went to Applebees, because their web site's menu has them on there, but they too had no mint leaves (I'm seriously about to start carrying around my own pack). So, anyone know where I can definately get a good Mojito?

Meg

I don't really drink mojitos, but I have had a good one at tre benzios. I remember 'mojito specials' being heavily advertised downtown all last year, I just can't think of where.
