Hi My 4 year old daughter has a speech and language delay. She needs speech, OT, and some special ed assistance. I have read good things about both Dr. Eaton elem and Dr. Codington elementary schools. Does anyone have any input?? What about private schools? Costly? Thank you for your thoughts. We are considering the suburbs of Wilmington.
