Where is the largest commercial fishing port in NC located?

Probably Wanchese (See link below). But that's a very tricky question to answer. What specifically would you like to know?

Nothing in particular. Just curious as to what city is known for it's commercial fishing industry with adequate docks, processing warehouses and transportation distribution of the daily catch.

The fish and fishing along the NC coast is very diverse. And for the most part-commercial fishing in NC is not an "industry", but more family-Mom/Pop operations. So what is landed and where folks will, "pack out at" will be scattered all up and down NC.

But with that said-Oregon Inlet/Wanchese and Beaufort Inlet/Beaufort will be your "biggest".
