Lookin to retire to calabash or carolina shore area in the next few years.We have visited both oif those towns and either looked great.Any thoughts on which is better for retirees?Also what is in store for us when we get down there.Drivers licesse,taxes for homes,personal type.Up north we get taxed on everything.Many thanks for any info.
