Speaking about PCMH, they're wanting to add 43 ish beds to where the old children's hospital currently is. They're almost at capacity and need to expand.

I didn't even think of the colors, your completely right about that.

I didn't even know they were building a new field, I may stop by to see it one day.

I think I've mentioned it before, but Greenville is in the early process of building a Westside Sanitary Sewer Project. There will be 85 acquisitions to make it happen. It is going north of West Meadowbrook Park.

There is going to be 33.4 acre commercial park called the Southwest Commercial Park located on Dickinson Ave extension, near Frog Level Road.

Two more Harris Teeter Supermarkets are coming to Greenville within the next one to two years! I was speaking with one of the managers and he told me that one of the harris teeters will be coming up across from K&W Cafeteria, and the other one will be coming up possibly across from Pitt Community College.

For some reason, college kids love Harris Teeter. The prices are ridiculous so I don't really understand why they do, but they do. All 3 Greenville stores pretty much always have traffic so I can see the logic in adding more.

There are 7 Food Lion locations in Greenville.

If I remember correctly, Harris Teeter has a better beer selection than the other grocery stores, and it's one of the few that's in walking distance from ECU campus.

You have to know how to shop at HT to get good prices. It would be like shopping at Food Lion without your Vic card. $$$$
