the Dominoes on Charles Blvd. that is being rebuilt is looking good. The top has been painted purple & gold...so far looks a heck of a to better than that old dilapidated building did.

Default What's burning in South G'ville?

On our way down Firetower Rd at noon today we saw a large smoke cloud in the vicinity of Sam's Club in the Hwy 11 area.

It's now 9pm and Hwy 43 S is covered in heavy wood smoke smell. Any info?

I saw the smoke cloud too. It was not related to the wildfire. It's hard to judge distances when looking at stuff like that. It was probably a building on fire or some farmer burning something. The smoke at 9pm was from the wildfire.

For that kind of coin there's got to be property involved in that deal. A remodel wouldn't be THAT much!
